The Mariposa Library offers free movies for children and families at 3 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month.
This month’s presentation on Wednesday, October 12 will be “Ratchet & Clank,” billed as a computer-animated science fiction action film.
It is based on the video game series that goes by the same name.
The plot revolves around two “unlikely heroes” who join to save the planets in their galaxy, learning many valuable lessons along the way.
Voices include Sylvester Stallone, John Goodman and Paul Giamatti.
The movie is rated PG. Children 9 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Free popcorn is included.
