July 9, 2026 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are asking for the public’s help in locating three fugitives who have been added to Sheriff Mike Boudreaux’s Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List.

Ismael Gomez Bermejo, 32: Wanted for Murder. Gomez Bermejo is from Goshen and is known to frequent the Fresno County area.

Jacob Arteaga, 20: Wanted for Homicide. Arteaga is from the Cutler area and is known to frequent Orosi, Dinuba, and Reedley.

Jose Fernando Gutierrez Cisneros, 27: Wanted for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Threats, Rape, Domestic Assault, and False Imprisonment.

If you have information regarding the whereabouts of any of these individuals, do not attempt to contact or apprehend them yourself. Instead, contact the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at (559) 733-6218.
