August 7, 2026 – Merced County Sheriff's Office officials report that the Coroner’s Bureau needs the public's help locating the family of 52-year-old Rojelio Sierra-Vasquez.

After searching through numerous personal records, our Coroner’s Office has been unable to locate Rojelio’s family.

It is crucial to locate his immediate family members so the Coroner's Office can release the body and allow him to have a proper burial.
