At-Risk Missing Person - Tina Balas 

August 11, 2026 – Modesto Police Department officials report that they are asking for the community’s assistance in locating 58-year-old Tina Balas.

Tina was reported missing near Floyd Avenue and was last seen wearing a green long-sleeved shirt, black tights, and a white fluffy hat. She was carrying a blue bag and a white backpack.

Anyone who sees Tina or has information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Modesto Police Department.
