Lindsay Man Behind Bars for Raping 13-Year-Old Girl 

August 14, 2026 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that on August 9, 2026, a 13-year-old girl reported that she had been sexually assaulted in the outskirts of Lindsay.

Through the course of their investigation, TCSO Detectives were able to identify 46-year-old Irineo Guzman as the suspect. He was taken into custody on August 13, 2026.

Following his arrest, Guzman was taken to The Adult Pre-Trial Detention Facility, where he was booked on charges of Lewd and Lascivious acts with a minor under the age of 14 years old.
