Foster Parents, Relative Care Providers and Adoptive Parents and Children Invited to Private Dinner, Festivities and More
In honor of National Adoption Month all current foster parents, relative care providers and adoptive parents are invited to a dinner celebration on Thursday, November 10th, 2016 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Mariposa County Human Services Building. This event is to thank to these families for the incredible difference they make every day in the lives of youth. This event is a free whole family event and includes a delicious dinner by BB’s Catering of Grilled tri-tip, lemon herb chicken, mashed potatoes, ciabatta rolls and more. Dinner will be followed by a presentation for the parents about the changes ahead in 2017.
During the presentation childcare will be provided for the children and youth of all ages as well as fun activities with the Mariposa Balloon Bells and face painting. There will also be a little gift of thanks for each person!! This is a private event for foster parents, relative care providers and adoptive parents.
