September 14, 2026 – Mariposa Library officials invite everyone to join in bewitching fall craft on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

Who is ready for fall? It's a great time of year! Leaves changing colors, temperature dropping, special holidays, and... straw witch hats!

Join the Mariposa County Library, in collaboration with the Mariposa Arts Council, for a bewitching fall craft. On Saturday, September 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, you can learn to make your own straw witch's hat and adorn it with objects from nature. We will also learn to make paper mushrooms using common household materials. All supplies are provided.

This event is free to attend, but registration is required. Attendees must be 14 or older. We ask that children be accompanied by an adult when possible.
