On Wednesday, November 2, 2016 as part of the Academic Boosters Club's Career Lunch series, MCHS students interested in careers in teaching had an interactive session with special guest Miroslava Torres from CSU Stanislaus. Torres spoke to them about what kind of classes are required for various teaching credentials and she answered questions. Torres also gave students packets of detailed information. It was a very informative session. Career Lunches are the first Wednesday of the month in the MCHS Learning Center. The first 40 students to sign up and attend receive free sandwiches from local restaurants. ABC is able to host this and other programs at MCHS through the generosity of an Anonymous Donor and donations from people like you.

Torres also brought pens, water bottles, lanyards, and other fun CSU-related items for students to take with them.
