October 15, 2026 – Modesto Police Department officials report that the Narcotics Enforcement Team (MNET) has been investigating a drug trafficking organization operating in Modesto. On October 8, that long-term investigation culminated in the simultaneous execution of search warrants at multiple locations.
The operation resulted in the seizure of more than 30 pounds of methamphetamine, approximately $90,000 in U.S. currency, and one firearm. The primary investigative target was arrested.
MNET quickly developed the investigative information and coordinated the resources needed to move forward on a compressed timeline. The Crime Reduction Team, Property Crimes Unit, Violent Crime Unit, and Field Operations stepped up to help address all three locations safely and simultaneously. The Turlock Police Department and FBI also provided valuable assistance.
This operation reflects the outstanding investigative work and teamwork of everyone involved in disrupting the trafficking of dangerous narcotics in our community.
