October 26, 2026 – Mariposa County Library officials announce that fresh off the heels of offering this event in Greeley Hill, we are offering a Birds of Prey event in Mariposa. On Wednesday, November 4, from 5:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., come hear from bird expert Cat Krosschell about owls, falcons, and hawks. Learn about adaptation and survival of these magnificent birds! Krosschell will even have some of the animals with her.

This is free to attend, and no registration is required, but we are expecting it to be a packed house. Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis.
