* At 10:19 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Radar estimated a quarter to half an inch rain per hour. This will likely cause urban and small stream flooding and possible mud and rock slides on mountain roads.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fresno, Clovis, Merced, Madera, Yosemite South Entrance, Chowchilla, Orange Cove, Oakhurst, Madera Acres, Bootjack, Yosemite Lakes, Bonadelle Ranchos-Madera Ranchos, Mariposa, Planada, Batterson, El Portal, Crane Valley Reservoir, Mitchell Meadow, Wishon Dam and Millerton Lake.
