February 28, 2017 - It is once again time for the Yosemite NP Valley School Read Across America Adopt-A-Book Program. The YVS library receives no funding and relies on the generosity of our community either through this program or the PTG to keep its library updated, relevant and attractive to its students. The Yosemite Valley School Library has created an Amazon Wish List.

This list is constantly being built as staff work their way around the library and find “gaps”, areas that need updating, and try to bring in more “interest level” reading for their students. This year YVS continues its focus on replacing many of the well-read-over loved favorites that perhaps are no longer catching students’ “eye” due to their tattered appearance.

Find the list by going to http://amazon.com. Hover the mouse over "account & lists," then search for “Yosemite.” All books will be stamped with the donor's name, and names will also be listed on the YVS webpage - not to mention that the kids love to see who the books are from.
