Infant/Child Enrichment Services, Inc. (ICES) sponsors this event in collaboration with local agencies, child care centers, and licensed family child care providers. We will be offering fun, free activities geared towards children ages one through twelve.
In addition to the bike rodeo, other highlights and activities for this year include martial arts demonstrations from Mariposa Martial Arts, play dough creations with Miss Monica from Kiwanis Preschool, face-painting by Paige’s Playhouse, wood art with Miss Jacki from Mariposa Preschool Co-Op, and creating pet rocks with Amber Chambers from the Mariposa Local Child Care Council. Mariposa County SCOPE volunteers will be process children’s ID cards, and Officer Steven Lewis from the California Highway Patrol will conduct car seat safety checks.
Sierra Telephone has once again donated free books for children who attend the fair, Belle, the Balloon-A-Twister, will be there creating balloon sculptures, and music will be provided by The Sound Man.
ICES will be offering snacks for a small price, but all activities are free.
