MCHS Academic Boosters Club held its seventh annual event celebrating Arts programs and students at Fiester Auditorium on Friday, March 24, 2017. "Spring Into Art" featured fantastic performances by the Grizzly Band, Dance Club, Drama, Advanced Chorus, with a special musical improvisation including audience participation by local musician Adam Burns. The student MCs were entertaining and quick with their improvising skills. There was also beautiful artwork on display and for sale in the halls as well as welding projects for viewing in front of the auditorium. Ag Food and Processing students had many delicious treats and homemade sausage available at intermission - and they demonstrated how to make sausages. A few senior showcased their senior projects. A student DJ kept the halls alive with music before, during intermission, and after the show. It was a wonderful showcase of talent.

ABC 0779Vincent Geurin, Gage Bazinet, Leah Lafata, and Claire Gorham perform "The Passenger," a theatrical radio script written by Drama Teacher Bryan Starchman who is standing next to Gorham and watching the surprise sound effects performance of Principal Celeste Azevedo.
ABC 0809Advanced Choir led by Teacher/Conductor Rod Fiester and accompanied by Jill Rowney. Performers include Clarice Eagle-Jones, Erin Fiester, Amelia Fontana, Claire Gorham, Naomi Goulet, Alexzandrea Johnson, Elaina Mero, Jessica Noguera, Dakota Ross, and Mackenzie Wenham.
