The 31st annual Raymond Parade will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017, and starts at 12:00 high noon, in Raymond California. Come rain or shine, this annual parade always promises a great day of old time family fun!  So bring the kids and set up your chairs to enjoy a simple time with family and friends!

The Grand Marshals for this year’s parade are long time Raymond residents, Gene and Vera Phillips.

The Raymond Museum will be open on parade day, and offers a wonderful view into the fascinating Sierra, Yosemite, and local history.

A raffle for great prizes, including a beautiful granite item, gift certificates and much, much more will be held to benefit the Raymond Community Association Scholarship Fund.  The raffle drawing will be held at the historic Hills Pride Inn, in Knowles, at 4 p.m. Join in the fun, but you do not need to be present to win.

Date of Parade: Saturday, April 15, 2017 Start Time: 12:00 high noon

Note: As always, the roads will be closed during the parade and opened right afterwards. So get to the parade early to get a good seat!

Parade Entrants are Welcome!: You must sign up a bit in advance to be a parade entrant, please contact Judy Leonard, @ 559 689-3341 for an official entry form. Entrant cost is $10.00 for a 2-person entry, or $20.00 for three-person or more entry. Trophies will be awarded! This is a great way to show off your local community spirit and highlight your local organization, non-profit or business!
