TREAT MOM TO BREAKFAST OUT ON MOTHER’S DAY!

Whether you see your mom every morning or only on rare occasions, make Mother’s Day this year a special occasion by taking your mother to the Coulterville History Center’s Mothers Day Breakfast on Sunday, May 14th, 2017.  Both our special Mother’s Day omelets and the traditional pancakes and egg breakfast will be available.

NMCHC Mothers Day Breakfast

Barbara Balestrieri (in rabbit ears) says adieu to fellow Breakfast Crew volunteers at May breakfast.

A choice of mouth-watering omelets…Strawberry, Cheese, Ham or Veggie… or a combo of any two of the latter three, complete with pancakes and fresh fruit costs just $7.50.  Eggs cooked to order, “all-you-can-eat pancakes”, ham or sausage and fruit are a great value at just $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for children and $15.00 for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children).  The Old School House, at the corner of Cemetery St. and Broadway St. in Coulterville is easy to find, has ample parking and will be open from 8 to 11 a.m.  All moms will receive a flower to let them know how special they are.

All proceeds of this and the other breakfasts sponsored by the Northern Mariposa County History Center (2nd Sunday monthly) go to operate and enhance the Coulterville museum, located at the corner of Hwy’s 49 and 132 (the base of the John Muir Historic Highway).  The museum is open Thursdays – Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. plus special 3 and 4-day weekend holidays.  The NMCHC is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to preserve and disseminate the local history of early settlement, the gold rush era through the early 1900’s.
