    Discussion and consideration of approval to amend the Classification Plan/Management Structure for the Department of Public Works, effective June 1, 2017, with direction to:



1.              Add the classification of Public Works Special Districts Manager, formerly titled Special Districts Manager. 



2.              Set the salary range for Public Works Special Districts Manager as follows:



a.              Range 352 (Mid-Mgmt (MB2) 0115), $7,273 - $8,840 per month              ($87,277 - $106,086 annually, $41.96 - $51.00 per hour).



3.              Designate the Public Works Special Districts Manager class as overtime exempt, pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act.



4.              Allocate the Public Works Special Districts Manager class to the Mid-Management Unit for bargaining purposes. 



5.              Eliminate the class of Special Districts Road Manager.
