May 28, 2017 - Mariposa County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform one-way traffic control on eastbound and westbound State Route 140 at the South Fork Merced River Bridge for maintenance activities. (Due to slow for the cone zone caltransMemorial Day holiday weekend, there is no scheduled construction Sunday, May 28, and Monday, May 29, 2017.) 

Work will occur on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays.  Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/or materials and construction related issues.
