Recent Arrest Update
June 20, 2023 - Placer County Sheriff's Office officials report that in a major operation, PCSO deputies, detectives, and the SET Team executed a search warrant at a property on Northridge Road, in unincorporated Lincoln. Upon arrival, they discovered six individuals tending to an extensive marijuana cultivation operation. Deputies counted 5,000 plants that were spread across ten hoop houses. Additionally, a loaded rifle was found near one of the hoop houses.
After a thorough investigation, the following arrests were made:
Judith Farias-Rodriguez, 48, from Lake Havasu, AZ
Rigoberto Mendoza-Rivera, 39, from Lincoln
Amadeo Farias-Rodriguez, 58, from Humptulips, WA
Luis Ruiz-Amezcua, 27, from Lincoln
Rosa Farias-Rodriguez, 35, from Lake Havasu, AZ
Marcos Cornejo-Alvarez, 24, from Lincoln
These individuals are facing charges including conspiracy, possession of marijuana for sale, cultivating more than six marijuana plants, and attempted felony with a firearm. Deputies also seized close to $15,000 in cash found on the property.
