Update: Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Missing Person Unit is advising Thomas Vicente Noguera has been found.

July 4, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Thomas Vicente Noguera. He is a 47-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on July 3, 2023, at 3:00 P.M., on the 12200 block of Magnolia Boulevard in the city of Valley Village.     

Missing person, Thomas is 5’11” tall, 190 lbs., with black hair, Hazel eyes, and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a gray tank top, with black and gray basketball shorts, and he was driving his blue 2005 Chevy Silverado, CA license plate #7W50087.

Mr. Noguera has a heart condition and there is concern for his wellbeing.
