July 5, 2023 – San Diego County Sheriff's Department officials report on missing man, 67-year-old Russell Bauman.

Help us find a missing person at-risk in the North County. 67-year-old Russell Bauman left a friend’s house in Rancho Santa Fe around 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4 and hasn’t been heard from since. His family says he has early onset dementia and needs to take medication for it. Russell lives in San Bernardino County and should have already been back at his Rancho Cucamonga home. He did not have his wallet or phone with him. He might appear confused or disoriented. Russell was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, and blue running shoes.

He was driving a 2013 white Infinity car with California license plate 7UKR154.
