July 27, 2023 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At Risk Missing Person Jeremiah Charles Moore. He is a 25-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on the 15000 block of Los Molinos St. in Hacienda Heights, on Monday, July 24, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m.     

Jeremiah is 5’11” tall, 230 lbs. with shaved black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a green and gray shirt, black pants, white shoes, and has a tattoo of a rose on his upper body.

Mr. Moore suffers from a Mental Health disorder and has a possible destination of Hacienda Blvd. and Gale Ave. in the city of Hacienda Heights.  His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
