July 28, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Odell Smith, also known as “Booman”.  He is a 28-year-old male Black who was last seen on July 4, 2023, at 10:00 p.m. on the 19000 block of South Scobey Avenue in Carson.

Odell is 5’09” tall, 170 lbs., black hair with brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black jacket and black sweatpants.

Mr. Smith suffers from mental health disorder.

His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
