Thursday Morning Update: Ernesto Fernando Portillo has been located this morning.

August 30, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Ernesto Fernando Portillo aka “Neto”. He is a 52-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on the 37000 block of Calle Grande in Palmdale, on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at approximately 2:00 p.m.  

Portillo is 5’06” tall, 185 lbs., bald, with brown eyes, mustache, and a tattoo of “Rock Mara” on his right arm. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray checkered shorts, and white shoes.

Mr. Portillo suffers from mental health issues. His loved ones are concerned for his well-being and are asking for your help.
