Update - Found 8/31/23

August 31, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person James Richard Thomas. He is an 83-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on August 29, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Wildrose Avenue and Valley Boulevard in Colton.

James is 5’11” tall, 195 lbs., black hair, and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, gray cargo pants, metal necklace, and in a white 1997 Lexus SC300 (California license plate: 4LXJ531).

Mr. Thomas has a possible destination of 300 block of North Arrowhead Avenue in San Bernardino.

His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
