September 8, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report Sheriff's Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of an adult male. The incident occurred on Friday, September 8, 2023, at approximately 5 a.m.
East Los Angeles Station deputies responded to the 5000 block of Clara Street, Cudahy, regarding an assault with a deadly weapon call. Deputies arrived at the location and found the victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
LA County Fire Department responded to the scene, where he was pronounced deceased.
A black sedan was seen fleeing the area after the incident.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information available at this time.
