Search Warrant in Spring Valley 

September 19, 2023 - San Diego County Sheriff's Department officials report that a man is in custody on numerous drug and weapons charges after a search warrant was served in the East County.

On Monday, September 18 around 10:00 a.m., deputies with the Rancho San Diego Sheriff's Station's Crime Suppression Team (CST) served a search warrant near Sweetwater Springs Road and Jamacha Boulevard in Spring Valley.

Deputies obtained the search warrant after an investigation revealed ongoing narcotics activity at the location. A search of the home resulted in the seizure of approximately one pound of methamphetamine, two shotguns, two rifles and four handguns.

The subject of the search warrant, Paul Moeller (63), was arrested on numerous charges, including possession of methamphetamine for sale, prohibited person in possession of firearms and possession of stolen firearms.
