September 20, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person, Derrick Simuel Moss. He is a 26-year-old male Black who was last seen on September 17, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., on the 500 block of Lakewood Center Mall, in the city of Lakewood.     

Mr. Moss is 6’01” tall, 170 lbs. with brown hair, brown eyes, a full beard, and he has two scars on his right wrist. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, white t-shirt, green sweatpants, and black shoes.

Mr. Moss suffers from a mental health disorder and there is concern for his well-being.
