Missing Person At-Risk 

October 13, 2023 – San Diego Police Department officials report that on October 12, 2023, Joseph O’Brien was reported as missing. Joseph was last seen leaving a residence on the 5300 block of Camino Playa Norte in San Diego on October 12, 2023, at around 7:00 p.m. 

Joseph is considered AT-RISK. Joseph was last seen wearing a short-sleeved white button up shirt with blue stripes, black pants, and black leather loafers.

Joseph was driving his gold, 2003 Buick LeSabre (CA 5BJZ943) and was headed to the 1600 block of Emerald Street in San Diego. Joseph is described as a 90-year-old white male with gray hair, blue eyes, approximately 5’8” tall, and about 170 lbs.
