March 9, 2024 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that they are asking for the public’s help locating Critical Missing Juvenile, Telly Mitchell. Telly was last seen on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 11:00 p.m., on the 1800 block of Ivory Avenue, in the city of Palmdale.

Telly is an 11-year-old male Black juvenile, 5’01”, 110 lbs., with curly black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown sweater and brown pants.
