March 11, 2024 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Celbin Nataren. He is a 19-year-old male Hispanic, who was last seen on the 9600 block of Kalmia Street, in the City of Los Angeles on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at 5:10 a.m.

Mr. Nataren is 5’08”, 160 lbs. with brown eyes, brown hair, and full beard. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, gray pants, and no shoes.

Celbin is diagnosed with autism with the mental capacity of a 3-year-old.

There is concern for his well-being.
