**$20,000 Reward** 

March 12, 2024 - Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials report that on January 12, 2024, numerous bronze memorial markers and plaques from the headstones and the walls of the mausoleum at “Lincoln Cemetery” in Carson were discovered stolen.

On February 27, 2024, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved a reward of $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for this theft.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Major Crimes Bureau detectives are requesting the public’s help and are asking for anyone with information to contact LASD Major Crimes Bureau at (562) 946-7893.
