Armed Robbery Suspects Arrested 

March 26, 2024 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at 10:35 a.m., deputies from the RCSO OwensPerris Sheriff’s Station responded to a robbery call for service in the 2000 Block of North Perris Boulevard, Perris. Upon deputies’ arrival, they located a victim that had been robbed at gunpoint. The suspects fled the scene and were later apprehended by deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station.

The Perris Sheriff’s Station Robbery Burglary Suppression Team assumed the investigation. The apprehended suspects were identified as Deandre Owens, 44-year-old from Ontario, Damar Thedford, 22-year-old from Riverside, and Treyvon Williams, 39-year-old from Riverside. Investigators searched the suspect vehicle and located two loaded firearms and the victim’s property.

Deandre Owens was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for robbery, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a loaded firearm in a public place. Damar Thedford was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a loaded firearm in a public place. Treyvon Williams was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for a felony warrant.
