April 1, 2024 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report the Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating at-risk missing person, Mark Olivas, AKA “Chico”, “Papa”, “Papito”. He is a 20-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on March 31, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. on the 2100 block of Carly Court, in the unincorporated area of Rowland Heights.

Mr. Olivas is 5’08” tall, 170 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray vest, and blue pajama pants.

Mr. Olivas is diagnosed with Autism and has a possible destination of local parks or schools. His family is concerned for his well-being.
