Illegal Fireworks 

June 20, 2024 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, our District Resource Officers made a traffic stop on a vehicle in the San Bernardino area. Upon a search of the vehicle, illegal aerial fireworks were located. The fireworks were confiscated and the two involved subjects were issued citations.

We hope this serves as a reminder that illegal fireworks sales are not permitted in the city. Please continue to adhere to local public safety laws, which are implemented to prevent injury and damage.
