Missing Person At-Risk
June 26, 2024 – San Diego Police Department officials report that on June 25th, 2024, at 8:30 p.m., Katsuyo Carr was reported missing by her family from the area of 600 Leghorn Avenue in the City of San Diego. 
Katsuyo was last seen on foot around 8:30 a.m.
Katsuyo suffers from memory complications and is considered At Risk. Katsuyo was last seen wearing a white baseball hat, a white jacket, a white shirt, white pants, and carrying a brown purse.
Katsuyo is described as an 80-year-old, Japanese female, gray hair, brown eyes, 5’01”, and about 90 lbs.
