July 6, 2024 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Elisa Melinda Penalbert. Ms. Penalbert was last seen on Friday, July 5, 2024, at 8:00 a.m., on the 700 block of South Keenan Avenue in the city of Los Angeles. 

Ms. Penalbert is described as a 33-year-old female Hispanic adult, 5’00”, 90 lbs., with blue and black straight hair, brown eyes, and a “Raiders” logo tattoo on her left leg. She was last seen wearing a red top, blue shorts, and sandals. 

Ms. Penalbert suffers from depression and there is concern for her well-being.
