It happened on June 30 just after 11:00 a.m. at a home located in the 1200 block of South Hampton Road. The suspects broke in and stole about $20,000 worth of jewelry, purses and other items.

The suspects then used stolen credit cards to make fraudulent purchases at the following grocery stores:

  • Food 4 Less located in the 600 block of N. Broadway in Escondido.

In all, the suspects made about $1,300 in fraudulent purchases.

Sheriff's Detectives were provided with surveillance video which captured a newer white model, possibly 2020 Chevrolet Suburban near the scene of the home burglary. The video also captured an unknown woman and man outside the victim’s home.
