Murder Suspect Arrested 

July 24, 2024 – Wilmington, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that South Bureau Homicide detectives announce the arrest of a LAPD logomurder suspect.

On Sunday, July 21, 2024, around 12:38 a.m., Harbor Area Patrol officers responded to a radio call of an “Ambulance Cutting” near the 900 block of North Banning Boulevard.

When officers arrived, they found a 43-year-old female and a 39-year-old male, both suffering from stab wounds. The female was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics. The 39-year-old victim was transported by the Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics to a local hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and listed in stable condition. A 19-year-old male suspect was taken into custody at scene.

The suspect in the incident has been identified as 19-year-old Briones, Henry. He has been booked for 187(a) PC – Murder, Booking Number 6850952.
