Critical Missing 59-Year-Old Male 

July 30, 2024 – Van Nuys, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that the family and friends of Richard Biejo and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Van Nuys detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

On July 23, 2024, around 12:00 a.m., Richard was last seen near the 15100 block of Victory Boulevard. Richard has not been seen since, and his family is concerned for his well-being.

Richard (pictured) is described as a 59-year-old male Filipino, with white hair, brown eyes, and a white beard. He stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue puffer jacket and a white beanie. Richard suffers from a medical condition that requires monitoring.
