March 15, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk, Missing Person, Inocente Quindale Willings. Mr. Willings was last seen on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. on the 12000 block of Avalon Boulevard in the city of Los Angeles. 

Mr. Willings is described as an 82-year-old Black male adult, 5’07” tall, 114 lbs., bald, brown eyes, and clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, yellow and black long sleeve flannel shirt, and blue pants.

Mr. Willings has a possible destination of the 600 block of S. Main Street in the city of Los Angeles. 

Mr. Willings’ family is concerned for his well-being and asking for the public’s help.
