Homicide Suspect Arrested
September 16, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that after an extensive investigation over the past year, 
Adrian Martinez, a 34-year-old male from Coachella, was identified as the suspect in this murder.
Martinez is currently in custody at the Cois Byrd Detention Center for an unrelated case. On September 12, 2025, Martinez was additionally charged with murder. Based on the investigation, Martinez is believed to have acted alone.
