New Details 

November 4, 2025 – Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office officials report that Mariam Ahmadi, 51, of San Jose — a former apartment manager — is accused of using tenants’ personal information and fake IDs to open fraudulent credit cards.

During a search of her home, investigators recovered methamphetamine, multiple cell phones, and numerous keys.

Ahmadi previously worked at Sandalwood Apartments and a complex at 2080 Fruitdale Avenue in San Jose.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims of identity theft. Recognize her?
