Comments and notes on flight:
Fire activity continues to follow recent pattern: most of the growth and intense heat continue to be focused on the eastern peninsula. (Div. N) The northern perimeter of the fire continues to creep out in small pockets of intense heat, especially along Div. J and Div M.
Scattered heat signatures along the west and south are finally starting to show signs of cooling down, though there are still small pockets of dense and intense heat within the perimeter.
Friday Evening Update: 330,899 acres and 49% containment.
