UPDATE 6/27/23: Man Found in Irrigation Canal Died of “Natural Causes” 

June 27, 2023 - Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that just before 7:15 p.m. Sunday, TCSO Deputies were called to an irrigation canal east of Road 124, between A328 and A352, north of Visalia for a body located in a canal full of water.

When they arrived, Deputies found the body of 84-year-old Robert Perry in the irrigation canal. The death is pending autopsy.
