Murder Suspect Arrested
December 8, 2023 - Fresno Police Department officials report that on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, 18-year-old Philip Bautista, turned himself into the Fresno Police Department with his attorney for the murder of Luis Valencia. Bautista was taken into custody and booked into the Fresno County jail on murder charges and using a firearm in the commission of the crime. The case will be turned over to the Fresno County District Attorney’s office for filing considerations.
