May 19, 2024 – Mariposa County Health and Human Services Agency Invites Bids for the provision of Meal Services within a social setting for residents of Mariposa County living within the Coulterville and Greeley Hill areas, or Lake Don Pedro (Mariposa County only) area.
In 2021 Mariposa County Health and Human Services Agency began a voucher based congregate meal program for North County residents, age sixty and older in response to an identified need. North County residents, age sixty and older, have limited access to a congregate setting for meals with their peers combined with limited food resources. Work contracted under this RFP will not exceed $90,000.
Over 280 North County residents have participated in the 2023-2024 Voucher program to date with an average of 568 vouchers being utilized each month in a 7-day week program for breakfast or lunch services.
The term of the Agreement will be from the date of awarded for a period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
