June 20, 2024 - SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation has announced continued public negotiation sessions with the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority for an Operations Agreement and Cost Share Agreement for the B.F. Sisk Dam and Reservoir Expansion Project, located on the west side of California’s Central Valley near Los Banos.
Reclamation and SLDMWA are partnering on the project to increase the storage capacity of San Luis Reservoir by raising the dam an additional 10-feet. These agreements that are the subject of the negotiation support the raise project that is a connected action to the B.F. Sisk Safety of Dams Modification Project already underway.
The following negotiation sessions will be held at Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard, at 1331 Garden Hwy (2nd Floor) in Sacramento.
