Body Found Off Mt. Rose Highway Positively Identified as Patricia Portella-Wright 

August 20, 2024 – Placer County Sheriff's Office officials report that on August 19th, 2024, the Washoe County Coroner’s office positively identified the body recovered off Mt. Rose highway on Thursday, August 15th, 2024, as Patricia Portella-Wright.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Ms. Portella-Wright’s family and friends during this difficult time.
