May 9, 2025 – Madera County Sheriff's Office officials report that Madera County Search and Rescue Team has joined the Fresno County Sheriff's Office in their ongoing search efforts for missing hiker Tiffany Slaton. MCSO OHV SAR Sergeant Thomas and Deputy Chambers are assisting in the field while the search continues for Ms. Slaton, who was last known to be in the Shaver Lake/Huntington Lake area.
